Secure Folder
Hey everyone, I need some help. I created a Secure Folder on my Samsung phone for extra privacy, but I forgot the password. I had written it in my notes, but I didn’t save it properly, so now I can’t open the folder. There’s no “3 dots” menu or “Forgot Password” option showing up. The folder doesn’t have any important data, I just want to remove or reset the password. I’m using One UI 7. If anyone knows a working method, please guide me. 🙏

Secure Folder
If you have already enabled the Reset with Samsung Account option in the Secure Folder, following the below steps to reset your password.
1. Launch Secure Folder and incorrectly enter the password. Forgot Pin/Password will appear at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap on Forgot Pin/Password > Reset. You will be redirected to sign into your Samsung Account.
3. Once you have signed in, you will then be able to set a new PIN, Pattern or Password and finally log back into Secure Folder.
