Bug in Secure folder. It is not fully secured

I have moved some personal photos in swcure folder. But my Whatsapp is able to access those that too without any password. When we go to send photos in the chat there is option to show all albums, in there Switch to work. How is Work profile even related to Secure folder. And how can any app able to access secure folder data that too without any password. I really need answer to this. Is our data really secured.
