Banking and UPI apps not working in secure folder

Samsung revoked access to messaging and call data in secure folder after oneUI 6 update.

This resulted in banking and UPI apps not able to authenticate and verify registered mobile number being present in phone. Hence preventing them from working inside secure folder.

I had a conversation with samsung support regarding this and I was assured samsung is working on this and will be fixed in future update. I seems samsung has still not done that.

I have not updated to oneUI 6 as both my nos have different accounts linked to them

I have been using Samsung S8 with UPI apps in secure folder for more than 6 years.
This feature is really cool in terms of security.
Now just because of this feature I spent 70k for Samsung s24, without this feature it is even not worth throwing in trash.

Please take this seriously and make it available immediate effect.
Or refund my money

Dear team basically we trust secure folder for banking app use only but is these facilities are removed then what is the benefits of this folders. Awaiting for your valuable feedback.

Hey Samsung, please fix this. We chose your phone because we thought it was secure, especially the secure folder. If that's gone, this will be our last Samsung device. Your actions affect loyalty, not just to your smartphones, but to your brand overall. I'm sure many others feel the same way.

I just bought S21 fe and updated to android 14 , I was trying to use banking and upi apps inside secure folder but apps are not working due to sms couldn't send. I also have samsung A71 and using UPI and banking apps inside Secure folder .thats why I and big fan of Knox and bought another samsung phone but it disappointed me.

I have kept my s22 ultra in oneUI 5.1 without updating to 6.0 because of this issue

If samsung doesn't bother fixing this my next phone will be an iPhone... i use samsung because i like how im able to use upi and banking apps in secure folder as well... this helps with my productivity. Since samsung decided to take that away and call it design choice. In no long will buy a new galaxy... i think many others will feel the same way
