What is samsung pay Customer care email?

Team, 
I am sick with samsung pay phone support, worst experience, not treating Customer well. On 2nd Aug, I used samsung pay to pay my Vi mobile post paid, amount debited from my account, however transcation failed. I raised a query from samsung pay on same day. Almost 3 weeks, no response and status shows open. Yesterday I called Customer care, agent shouted asking me to send email to samsung pay. Can someone help Pl.

Contact your bank with the transaction ID and your e-passbook screenshot and they will refund the money. You bank is supposed to help you regarding this.

Use the those mainstream payment apps which the majority of the people uses ie: phonepe gpay etc.

Samsung pay is 🙃👎🏼

Bank says they can only help with their Banking apps not the third party apps.
Don't know whether this response from them saying is right or not
