Samsung WalletOn 06-DEC-2022, I paid BESCOM bill of Rs.2091/- and it got stuck in between and after few seconds I tried again and again it got stuck in the same way as earlier. I checked my bank account where in the amount got deducted 2 times. I raised a query for the transaction and it is mentioned that it will be resolved in 48 hours and till today (16-Dec) it is not resolved. Also, I called the customer care and explained the same. The guy who has received my call has registered a ticket and he said I will get a mail with the ticket ID. Also he helped to draft a mail support team with the screenshot attached. After submitting, there is no option to track it. I sent such emails 3 times with the required screenshots and no response yet. Not sure if anyone is checking as there is no way to check the email that I sent. Again today (16-Dec) when I connected to customer care, they do not have any information about my previous discussion abd i had yo explain everything again. They are asking me to check with BESCOM or my bank as they transactio status says 'Sent'. I mentioned that the biller status shows for these 2 transactions as 'Refund'. Then the support guy asked me check with BESCOM to check their servers and they would have got the money. If they haven't received the money, I should request for a confirmation email from them that they haven't received the amount and then call Samsung Customer Care to let them know about this. Then they will handle it. Samsung Customer Support doesn't have any email to share the confirmation email from BESCOM.
No proper process and transparency established for the benefit customers.
Once this issue is resolved, I will stop using Samsung Pay forever.
