Wallet Amazon gift card on 3 upi transaction not working

There was an offer going on where samsung is providing rs 100 amazon ggift voucher on successful 3 UPI transactions via samsung wallet. I got the gift card but it is unusable. Error states already redeemed by someone else.

Kindly.help in getting this corrected and issue a new gift card

I called this number and was redirected to samsung pay helpline. I called them as well, but was told that team is aware of this issue and working on the same; estimated time for resolution 1 week.
Its almost near the end of week, haven't heard back anything till yet.
