Samsung Pay | SBI Debit Card Approval Error

May i know, is there any one facing issue in adding card on Samsung Pay?

While addingSBI Gold Visa Debit Card it shows the error code as *Your Card Request wasn't Approved by card Issuer *.

Other bank cards are adding fine.

while everything is turned on including International transaction and NFC, even card got replaced still facing same error.


Even SBI customercare or branch or State AGM doesn't have any idea on this and there is no dedicated team for handling this kinds of issues 

Is there anyone facing same on SBI?

Escalated issue to state level head and raised complaint & even contacted there backend contract company.
Maybe i think due to that it works after months !!
