So I've been using Samsung Wallet for about two weeks now, and it's pretty handy. But there's this annoying pop-up that keeps showing up when I try to open the multi-tasking tab from the home page. Since both the multi-tasking tab and Samsung Wallet use the same swipe-up gesture, it's causing a bit of a conflict. Any idea how to fix this? Is there some kind of **bleep** or workaround?

Are you referring to the Home screen swipe-up gesture? You can turn that off in your Samsung Wallet settings. As for me, I am using gesture openings only on my Always On Display and lock screen. Choose that and use it wisely.

Not exactly, the feature is handy i would like to keep it as it is, but is there any minor tweak oru just any different method to open the multitasking menu

Literally, no! 😅 You should compromise on one of the things, man.
In my case, if I want to pay, I'll first turn off my phone and then do the swipe-up gesture. 😂

Yes, you can disable the Wallet gesture. To do so, go to Samsung Wallet > All > Ellipsis (Three dots in upper right corner) > Settings > Quick Access > Swipe up gesture and toggle off all the places where you don't want the gesture..

Here are a few ways to address the accidental pop-up of Samsung Wallet when trying to open the multi-tasking tab:
1. Adjust Samsung Wallet Settings:
* Open the Samsung Wallet app.
* Go to Settings.
* Look for options related to the swipe-up gesture or home screen interactions.
* Try disabling any settings that might be causing the conflict.
2. Update Samsung Wallet:
* Ensure you have the latest version of Samsung Wallet installed.
* Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that might resolve this issue.
3. Check for Device-Specific Solutions:
* If you're using a specific Samsung device, search online forums or the Samsung Community for solutions tailored to your device model.
* There might be device-specific workarounds or settings that can help.
4. Temporarily Disable Samsung Wallet:
* If you're not actively using Samsung Wallet, consider disabling it temporarily.
* This might prevent the accidental pop-ups while you're trying to access the multi-tasking tab.
5. Provide Feedback to Samsung:
* Report the issue to Samsung through their customer support channels or feedback platforms.
* This will help them understand the problem and potentially address it in future updates.
Additional Tips:
* Be mindful of the swipe-up gesture and try to be more deliberate when using it.
* If you frequently use the multi-tasking tab, you might want to consider using a different gesture to open it, such as a button press or a different swipe direction.
Remember:
* The specific settings and solutions might vary depending on your Samsung device model and the version of Samsung Wallet you're using.
* If you continue to experience issues, it's always best to consult the official Samsung support channels for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
