Same issue. Always errors out. I am able to add the same card on my S22 Ultra

As per your concern, we want to inform you that this issue is with some cards, and VISA/Master Card working fine, to resolve this issue Samsung has recently released a new Samsung Wallet(Pay) app version. So we suggest you kindly update your Samsung Pay app to resolve your issue.

If the issue still persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I have reinstalled, cleard cache and data and even factory reset my phone but it does not work. It is an absolute shame that we are given such lame solutions after buying the most expensive phone of the rack. Can you guys get your act together and get a workable fix asap. The customer support is hopeless and their attitude is appalling to say the least
