So I'm in the UAE and I've been trying to register for Samsung pay ever since but this is all I've been getting... Can anyone help fix this please.

Don't verify your identity with text message as the pay app can't get your number from the SIM card.. Use PASS app to verify your identity... tap on PASS app .... you can see it at the top of the picture you attached....

It pops up like that and doesn't give me the chance to switch the verification method... I've tried that several timesally.

Is your Samsung PASS app active 🤔.... have you been using it? I mean saving your passwords and signing in apps using PASS app?

Try checking PASS app settings again.... see what verification methods and whether it is properly configured with your security and biometric settings....

The device is not registered under the UAE region, that's why it is not possible to use the app unfortunately.
