Samsung WalletSamsung dedicated team told me to contact bank and ask them to Whitelist my card on there server
(Technically which means 'Re-enter my card details manually on bank server for sync) !! Which should done by Bank backend team.
Banks like ICICI, Axis backend team has knowledge on this, they knows to whitelist, but SBI team has not that much professionalism like above bank technology.
But if you highlighted this issue to Concern authority they will solve this after months of complaint registering.
