Samsung wallet not supporting, and not showing in galaxy app store,

Samsung pay is not supported in my s22 ultra middle East version could you please check

i have been using samsung pay for the last few years without any problems, until it got stuck yesterday asking for the PIN WITHOUT A SCREEN TO ENTER THE PIN. I could not resolve the issue so decided to uninstall and re install it.
I managed to download the samsung wallet but the screen get stuck after pressing continue on the permission screen. Not sure what to do
I live in Kuwait and i have no clue how to resolve this issue
