Hi,

I have galaxy S24 Ultra, and i am unable to use Samsung wallet, every time I login to the app, i get a mesaage: Can't use Samsung Wallet.

I tried to delete cash files,reinstallation...nothing workek.

Any help?

Clear catch, and be sure it's support service in your country. If it's an international phone, visit samsung Support to fix it for you

Which model of s24 are you using is it korean, japanese or middle east model ?

Did you updated all apps from galaxy store?

Your phone must be of a region where samsung pay isn't supported.. happened with my s22ultra , it was a thailand made device.
