Hi,

I have galaxy S24 Ultra, and i am unable to use Samsung wallet, every time I login to the app, i get a mesaage: Can't use Samsung Wallet.
I tried to delete cash files,reinstallation...nothing workek.
Any help?

Your phone must be of a region where samsung pay isn't supported.. happened with my s22ultra , it was a thailand made device.

Samsung PayWe deeply apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing, have you tried to Clear App Cache & Data ? If yes and the issue persists, please try to uninstall the app uninstall it again.
