Hi there is any one facing issues with samsung wallet on S24 and Fold 5...

I am facing issues on both the phones it is not giving finger sensor nor pin ... and I have been facing this issue since last two months approximately.

Yes, I had similar issue, where Wallet closed unexpectedly when try to do a payment. 😩 But yesterday there's an update for the app. 🤞 Hope this will resolve the issue. 🙏

Yes, I had the same issue on my S24 Ultra in UAE, after the last app update it's fixed now

Here in UAE ... even mine app is also updated but still have issues.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you are facing issues with Samsung Wallet on both your Galaxy S24 and Galaxy Z Fold 5, where fingerprint or PIN options are not appearing, and this has been happening for the past couple of months.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Biometric Settings:
    Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Fingerprints and ensure that fingerprint registration is active and set up correctly.
  2. Re-enable Samsung Wallet Authentication:
    In Samsung Wallet, go to Settings > Payment Settings and ensure that biometric authentication and PIN authentication are both enabled.
  3. Clear Cache and Data of Samsung Wallet:
    Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Storage, then clear cache and data. Restart your device afterward.
  4. Reinstall Samsung Wallet:
    Uninstall and reinstall Samsung Wallet from the Galaxy Store.
  5. Check Software Updates:
    Make sure both your device software and Samsung Wallet app are updated to the latest versions.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. Not even having my wallet then was tougher for me.😂😂

So, now I have again cleared the cache and data from my wallet and set-up afresh.
Will update you if this resolves the issue...
