Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue with Samsung Wallet on my device.

I am currently living in the United Arab Emirates, but I purchased my phone from Egypt. The problem is that Samsung Wallet does not show the option to add or use bank cards for contactless payments my mobile is S24 ultra

Regarding your inquiry, kindly note that Samsung Wallet features such as adding and using bank cards depend on the device’s region (CSC) and not only the current location or Samsung account region.

Since your device was purchased from Egypt, it may be running a different regional software version that does not support Samsung Wallet payment features in the UAE. For full functionality, the device must be running a Middle East (UAE/Gulf) region software.

You may try the following:

  1. Ensure the device software is updated to the latest version
  2. Remove any non-Gulf SIM cards and use a UAE SIM card only
  3. Restart the device and check Samsung Wallet again
  4. If the issue persists, it is recommended to visit the nearest service center to install the correct regional software for your device.
