Thank you for contacting Samsung Gulf Support. We understand you are having issues with your Nol Card in Samsung Wallet. Please follow these steps to ensure your digital card is configured correctly:

  1. Initial Setup (Mirroring): Ensure you have first added and activated your physical Nol Card within the nol Pay app. Once digitized in the nol Pay app, it can then be mirrored to Samsung Wallet under Transit Cards.
  2. NFC Settings: Make sure NFC is enabled in your phone settings. For the best performance at metro gates or on buses, set Samsung Wallet as your default payment service under Settings > Connections > NFC and contactless payments.
  3. Regional Compatibility: Your device, Samsung Account, and SIM card must all be set to the UAE region for the transit feature to appear and function correctly.
  4. App Updates: Ensure both the Samsung Wallet app and the nol Pay app are updated to their latest versions via the Galaxy Store.
  5. Transferring to a New Device: If you previously had a digital Nol Card on an old device, you must call the RTA at 800-9090 to have the card removed from the old registration before it can be added to your new phone.

If the card is visible but not responding to readers, please try restarting your device or removing the phone case to ensure the NFC signal is not blocked.
