I have been delivered a **bleep** Vivo phone instead of Samsung Galaxy M21. I registered the compliant against it on 31st May 2020, still there is no progress or update in the investigation. I haven't even received my phone nor my money has been refunded.

no bro i m not a Samsung representative but trying to help u by escalating ur case , because i gess its 1st time that a customer got other brand product from samsung shop, trying to understand actually what happened and if i don't have the details how can i help u ,
