Samsung Laptop , worst laptop and worst service ever.

So i puchased samsung laptop 10 months back and i just used it for my office purpose , kept it like a baby . Never travelled with the laptop , keep it safe because it dlfelt so delicate . And even after so light usage of laptop something bad happened . Its flap got stucked i didn't understood why but i tried to open my laptop delicately and the flap just got detached from right side . I tried calling customer care and even tried finding out the service centre online . Went to a service centre and the told me they dont repair laptop. So i asked where to go they didn't even had the information about this thing too. So i tried contacting customer care again and tried to know another service centre place where i can get my laptop repaired and they sent me to an strange location , even their location was mentioned wrong. So i tried calling then again and then they booked a visit for me . An executive cane to my office for repair and asked me for 10,000 for repaid . Why do they even provide warranty , i really dont understand . When you just want to fool your loyal customers . What is the benifit of staying connected to samsung when the dont care about you. I think its right time to #QuitSamsung

Kindly raise ur concern on Samsung India and on CEO's EMail. If the response is not given in seven working days, file a lawsuit in Consumer Court for the same. These people will come running behind u.
