Samsung Online StoreHi All,
i had submitted a refund request regarding this issue my query , but it's been 5 days and no response has come from their side, not even a single text or mail.
what should i do? i try to contact samsung shop helpline but they just say sir i'll send a reminder to the team, still nothing happens. i get no updates whatsoever.
my order was cancelled on 3rd may, and today it's 12th may , i'm getting no help from samsung's team.
kindly help me if anyone can.

Samsung Online StoreOrder cacellation confirmation sms is only thing which is shared by all mobile companies in case of order cancellation...

Samsung Online Storehi, thanks a lot, but refund takes 7-10 working days, prior to that the refund initiation mail/message should have been generated, but i get no updates whatsoever, they just tell me that i've sent a reminder, how should i approach the samsung team? and yes i had taken EMI which is to be deducted from next month.

Samsung Online StoreAlso for EMI you need to approach bank with details that you have cancelled the purchase and same confirmation is awaited they will be able to keep you posted about same.

Samsung Online Storerefund request date is 8th may, yes i'll approach the bank again, last time when i approached the bank they said that the EMI should dissolve on it's own once the order is cancelled, but it hasn't , so i guess i'll try to contact the bank again, thanks.
