How to get invoice for the orders placed on Samsung.com?

I have placed an order directly on Samsung.in. But I haven't recieved any invoice till now. The package has been shipped also. Why shopping on direct company website is such a headache?

don't worry you will get an invoice with your shipment . it is included in the box. I have also ordered many times from Samsung shop.

Cant we get soft copy of invoice? like from Amazon or Flipkart? Can you please show me your invoice, I just need some details. You can hide your sensitive information.

yes you can get soft copy. Go to https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email/ and here in online shop enquiry request to get invoice copy... Also u can call to customer care for this request

I misplaced my galaxy buds bill which I ordered online on Samsung shop . so I need the invoice for that.how will I get it ?

no you can't, there is a 'view here for more options' but that just hides the order.

I'm also experiencing almost similar problem. I purchased a Samsung smartphone at an original price of £699.00. And traded in my old phone worth 150. Which meant that the amount left to pay went down to £549.00. Now the confusing part is the invoice I received from  Samsung shop did not indicate the device's original price,  instead it showed the price of the phone as £549. The problem with this is that this does indicate that the value of my phone at the time a purchased it was £549.00. This is wrong. Supposing, I was required to provide this invoice to my insurer they will use this price which i think is misleading. I have been in touch with Samsung. I have requested them for an official receipt from Samsung which reflect the original price, with no success. They keep saying that they have a standard  invoice which can never be changed.  Please let me know if you get a similar invoice?
