Don't buy anything in samsung shop online app. They are cheating to people they are using our money without interest. I am pre-booked samsung galaxy S23 ultra and paid full amount on 03.02.2023. Till today i am not received anyone item from samsung shop so today almost one month was completed but still now I didn't get my ordered products. But finally I got one bad news from samsung today that was I am booked Samsung S23 Ultra graphite color which one online exclusive color taken delay for delivery. But they tried to delivery same product in grey color which one was easily available to buying in offline market. And they are promsied one thing on 02.02.2023 that was whom are all pre-reserve, pre-booking and paid full amount they will getting this product in priority basis and that product with all offered items will be send within one samsung exclusive box but tried to send only main product only. So I am asked about it to our Samsung customer care at today morning but in this evening suddenly they are cancelled my ordered. I have attached photos for your reference.
