Don't trust Cashify Diagnose App for Samsung exchange

I face very bad service from Cashify Diagnose app and I lose my cash without my problem. Cashify app rejected my exchange because of their app internal server issue. So I forced to pay the service charge and GST amount to my credit card. So please don't trust Samsung or Cashify Diagnose app for exchange.

It's very poor and bad service from Cashify Diagnose app. Cashify app rejected my exchange because of their app internal server issue. Now samsung cancelled the purchase from their end. I lost almost 1000 Rs now for paying processing fee and GST amount to my credit card without my mistake. Still now I didn't received the refund also from Samsung. Never ever suggest to purchase from online store with exchange.

Last year also some people had similar issues and took one month to get a refund from samsung.

I also exchanged an iphone for samsung galaxy s24 ultra and same exchange issue being faced. The guy is asking that your phone is not working. But the issue is with the samsung and its worst service with cashify diagnose which doesnot even work properly.
