#Samsung Team kindly note many people who pre ordered s22 ultra using instant exchange option against their existing Samsung S20 Ultra are denied delivery and exchange due to the fact that Cashify Diagnose app on play store says device not supported during analysis. The courier guys deny the delivery even after checking imei and phone condition because of this faulty app. You can check on play store comments under cashify diagnose app that how many similar customers as me are facing same problem. Kindly resolve this before it is too late. That app has been getting 1.7 star rating and still you force your customers to use that as a medium for exchange. Pathetic!

I think in instant exchange many people facing same problem . But what about smart exchange . I had opted for smart exchange lets see how it goes once phone got delivered

But still samsung asks the users to install cashify diagnose app to evaluate the phone working condition and it does not work with most of S series as you can see in play store

My new device got delivered but even after 15 days smart exchange is not initiated.

Literally nothing. No mistake on them. They are not samsung staff anyways or having any technical experience. They want the QR code to be scanned. If it does not show up, they deny the delivery of new product and it is now held up in courier office awaiting some alternative from samsung. Most of other orders have even returned back and got cancelled.
