If you are facing the problem of not getting refund automatically for the VIP PASS then you need to cancel it manually. Head to this website- https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/

fill up the form with your details regarding your order and submit. You will receive an email regarding cancellation and refund within 24 hours.

Customer care support team has failed to provide resolution after providing several timeline.

The solution provided above worked for me but once i get the refund i will let you know if it works. Received this mail after the process

I already got this message several times. Main thing is that samsung or his so called dedicated team is not willing to refund. Even they are not afraid of NCH. I am thinking of filing a complaint in consumer forum for refund with heavy amount of penalty.
