Why Samsung is not ready for cancelation of VIP Pass for S23 Ultra

Samsung is proving every time a new date for cancelation of VIP Pass against booking of S23 Series. First 23rd february then 28th february and now 7th March. This is totally unprofessional behavior and cheating with customer.

Bro how are you connecting to customer care. I am not even able to connect to check status on refund.

Through Samsung helpline. Today they told me that VIP Pass has expired and they will initiate refund on 7th March. Earlier they have said that refund will be initiated after 28th february automatically. All they are fooling us. I am thinking about to file a complaint in consumer forum.
