Amount got deducted from account while placing order from samsung shop and order not placed

I was placing an order of samsung M21 64gb from samsung shop. While placing order I was directed to google pay app and amount got deducted and order was not placed. Its been more than 10 days now and still the amount is not refunded to my account. Even contacted samsung customer care and mailed them many time still the issue is not solved. And as the order is not placed, it doesn't have an order Id. Kindly help me out with the above as it is big amount for me and didn't expected such behaviour from samsung.

Dear Team,
I have been following up with Samsung for over month now for Order 11357606623 & Order 1133496352. There is no action from Samsung no response to my emails. Customer support, does raise ticket to be responded on Priority but there is no update. Tickets raised so far are - 1824734, 1821056, 3765392307, 1820506, 1819805, 1805692, 1791771, 1786324, 1774977 in addition to that I have written several emails on CEO Desk, I have done thousands of call on toll free no.

I am not sure reason of Samsung not able to respond to my simple queries.

Can anyone here suggest what is alternative way to approach Samsung to get some response and solution.
