Dear samsung ,

Pls help me 

My device is s 24 ultra and I am updated the phone to one ui 8.

The issue is with the samsung dex.

The dex is not that good like the perfect dex in one ui 7.

I am facing three issued currently 

1. The minimised apps are not showing in task bar .

2. The minimised apps are not shown in recent apps in dex, it just looks empty.

3. When I open any app sometimes the upper taskbar which is very important for size and closing not showing . The app occur in full screen.

Pls refer to the video where i showed all the issue

Pls fix these issues as they are very much disappointing.

I do my most of the work with dex and the one ui 7 dex was amazing and fantastic. Pls do it.

And please tell how much time you take it to cure or for betterment ,when you will provide the nessory update.

Pls tell me if someone is facing these kind of issues

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the same video clips for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
