Use Jio 5g because Samsung is always support all 5g sim but due to low 5g network in your areal Airtel 5g is not working

I also use previous days airtel 5g its not working but nowdays jio 5g is working smooth always use 5g network there

It is not working with Jio also. In fact I live is 5G coverage area but still issue. My sim is working on other devices too.

Kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Check device network in open area
Advice customer to check his/her device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.
Note: Steps and Images may vary according to OS.
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.
Note: We recommend to set device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings
Kindly set device network operator as "Automatically".
Please follow the below steps.
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on Network operators.
Step5: Select automatically.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as automatically.
Step6: Tap on OK.
Step7: Registered on network.

Check SIM cards
Kindly do check same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in same phone to verify the issue.

Hi, all above checks are fine and I have done factory reset as well but no luck. I am having One UI 6.0 with android 14.

My phone Model code is SM-A526BZKDAUT.

Could be any issues with that ?
