I have purchased the Note 20 Ultra and want to redeem my rewards but doesn't allow me to upload proof of purchase says is invalid. How do I submit the proof?

Please send your proof of purchase to verify@samsung.com including your IMEI number, contact details, Names and screenshot of the error you get on the Members App.

Sorted I converted file format to png

you can send everything you still wont get it, they then say 72hours and then you must just wait
