My husband just received an email calling the "claim" a competition and that we "did not qualify for entry into the competition" as it was a fraudulent claim. How is it now a competition and besides that is my husbands vodacom contract fraudulent? He has had if for 20yrs! 

Samsung this is really terrible service. You gave us the runaround on the Sanitiser til we just gave up. Now you are calling our claim fraudulent and a competition entry! 

Which one is it? And why is our claim fraudulent?

First it was fraudulent documents, now its out of promotional date? I give up.
