 I have claimed my buds on the 5th of June and its been 2 months after I received my cidt I haven't got any news I've tried emailing tellus@samsung.com and verify@samsung.com with no response from them please can someone help

hi you should click on the benefits tab on the home page and then look for the buds claim banner

The feedback regarding your buds from the promotions department is that the proof of Purchase that was uploaded did not show the date of purchase and it was also never sent to the verify@samsung.com email address.
