What is the email address for promo claims queries

I tried claiming the buds but they said I needed to upload some extra documents on the email they sent me; <samsungpromotions@isonxperinces.com> but when I forward the docs to the email address it bounces back saying it is invalid. What do I do? Or does anyone know the correct email address for claims?

Sorry to tell you guys, but no one from the Samsung team will come to your rescue. You will be left hanging until the offer has expired. And when someone eventually does answer your emails or calls, they will then tell you that unfortunately the claim period has expired.
