I bought a tv online early March 2023 and part of the deal was to get an online Voucher of R2000. I have not received that voucher. I have tried calling, WhatsApp and emails and I always get told that the matter is being escalated without any reference. I am hugely disappointed with Samsung and how I have to struggle for something they promised.
