On the 28th of November 2024, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A55 at MTN and successfully claimed my free promotional gifts on the same day. The verification process went smoothly, and everything was confirmed. However, it's now been over two weeks, and I’ve yet to receive any proper communication from the Promotions Department regarding the delivery of my complimentary gifts – the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds.

After all this waiting, I only received an email recently stating that the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Watch is out of stock. What am I supposed to do now? Was this entire promotion just a gimmick to get customers? I'm frustrated and would appreciate some clarity and honesty on how this situation will be resolved.

Has this happened to anybody before?
How will this get resolved?
What should I do in the meantime?
Can anybody assist me please.

You are becoming impatient. I bought my phone with a promotional tablet and it took samsung a month or so to deliver the tablet. Just wait, they'll contact you when it's ready.

You're right. I could do with being a bit more patient.
But that does not mean that what they are doing is right. If they save it, it will be delivered in 14 days, and then I expect them to honor their agreement. Just as I have honored mine.
I agreed to pay my contract on the 25th of each month, do you think samsung will be patient if I say I can't pay the 25th. Wait a month or 2?

😂😂😂, they'll definitely blackmail you, but it's better to wait. There are people on this platform who have been waiting for the past 2 months. It's a bad service on the part of the company, but there is nothing we can do to change the situation. Welcome to samsung.

Iv purchased mine in November how many months more do I have to be patient as costumers we deserve costumer service from Samsung it's the right thing to do 🙏

I called today.
They ordered more stock but have no **bleep** when it's going to arrive or when we going to be getting it from the courier.
All we have to do is wait like we've been doing and await a call
