I purchased a Galaxy A34 and Galaxy Watch 5 in store on Saturday, 29th of July. I received the phone and watch today (31th July) as they were out of stock with the watches on Saturday. I asked the lady about the free Samsung Complimentary Gift (earbuds) and she told me that I need to register at home with Samsung Members and claim my free gift before 23:5. I registered as I was told, but unfortunately the online claim expired yesterday.
I looked up on the internet to see if there was any other way to claim, just to find out that all Telkom stores can claim up until midnight today. I was so sad because it was already pass 20:00 when I got home.
