Samsung Complimentary Gift

On the 28th of November 2024, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A55 at MTN and successfully claimed my free promotional gifts on the same day. The verification process went smoothly, and everything was confirmed. However, it's now been over two weeks, and I’ve yet to receive any proper communication from the Promotions Department regarding the delivery of my complimentary gifts – the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds.

After all this waiting, I only received an email recently stating that the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Watch is out of stock. What am I supposed to do now? Was this entire promotion just a gimmick to get customers? I'm frustrated and would appreciate some clarity and honesty on how this situation will be resolved.

Has this happened to anybody before?

How will this get resolved?

What should I do in the meantime?

I'm still waiting. Also, i bought 2 A22 on 30 november,i logged in to the sumsung member app. Everything went smoothly but I can't track when it's been delivered I hope they fix this soon

I just received the second one. I claimed twice using the imei of sim 1 and sim 2 of my A55
And i got 2. I didn't think it would work but it did.

No I only took a screenshot that it went through no message from them about it I tried to call their call center no one answered the phone
