I redeemed my Galaxy Buds on the 11th of March 2022.
I did not receive any email from samsung to say I've redeemed and no timeliness status was given.
How long will it take for Samsung to verify and cursor me my Buds.

I redeemed my Bud's Pro promo and got a verification e-mail the same day. Run the process again of redeeming.

Sorry to hear. Could be a problem with the redeeming site itself because a lot of people are getting their new S22 devices.

I got a little worried that I was the only one with this problem, been searching online for the past few days, went to a vodacom store, they told me to just wait, thought I might be out of promo period, but I ordered my device on 27/02 and received it on 14/03 that's like, within period right? I really hope I don't have to end up buying a pair because of some oversight on my part 😅
