I purchased my s22 ultra on the 12th of March 2022 and did the online application for the Samsung buds pro the very same day. I recieved confirmation on the 14th that I have been approved for the buds pro. I would like to know how long would they take to deliver them to me.
May I ask through which Network did you purchase. Was it contract or cash? I did mine through Telkom and I'm waiting for my invoice/proof of payment I order to proceed with doing mine
I got my phone 7th March and have sent 4 emails and called 4 times to them to confirm that the proof of payment slip is the correct one as they didn't accept the Cellucity online digital invoice. I still haven't received any confirmation via email that everything is finalized and due to be shipped. Horrible service. I must say that Regener8 that handled the trade in of my old phone is amazing. They already collected my Note 9, evaluated it and confirmed that I will receive R10,000 in my account by end of the month.
