S21 ultra buds & Tag not received.

Still did not receive my gifts as advertised. I purchased the S21 ultra on upgrade but never received the buds and tag. Not sure what the issue is as I have provided all the required info including proof of purchase. I have received an order reference biut since then no communication. This is really not the kind of service I expect from Samsung and that after taking their top of the range S21 ultra which does not exactly come cheap. Very disappoint to say the least.

Good day, just wanted to provide an update. I have received my Samsung Buds and Tag yesterday. Thank you for the assistance with resolving this matter. Now I am a happy Samsung customer.
