Hi.. If I did the pre-order of the new S20 from MTN, where do I claim for the galaxy buds? I did the pre-order on the 15th of Feb and I have an email with ref number.

Hi Dimakatso 

Kindly be advised that the Galaxy Buds promotion was only available for customers who had purchased the  S20 + and S20 Ultra before the 15th March 2020 and expired on the 31st march 

 2020. 

The promotion was then extended for Vodacom customers only thereafter till the 21st April 2020.
