Can I use the R1000 voucher to purchase samsung care+ ?

The voucher can only purchase items on the Online shop, it cannot be used for Samsung Care +.

I still haven't received my voucher. i bought the phone and claimed Buds pro/smart tag gifts on January 29th. I have received the gifts, but not the voucher. been going back and forth with samsung for the past 2 weeks, yet nothing. Please assist
