Hi. I pre-order my Z Flip 3 on the Samsung website when the R1000 Samsung online voucher and the other goodies were on promotion. I have a reference number and after submission standard response said I would receive an email or notification to access the voucher yet nothing received yet almost a month later. I received my Z Flip 3 on Saturday and entered to redeem my buds, galaxy tag and samsung care cover. How do i query the online voucher. Thanks
