Promotional buds A35

Bought the Galaxy A35 from Takealot. Then registered the device on Samsung. The device is now displayed under my registered devices on the Members app. But, I have no way to claim the free Galaxy Buds. There is no benefits or vouchers under the "Benefits" tab in the Members app. I have a screenshot as proof that I bought from Takealot during the Promotional period.

 Any help please.
