When will one get feedback on the buds.  I tried contacting samsung@isonxperiences.com with the initial reference number I received.

I ordered mine on the 28th March. Got reference same day. Was given the 7 to 14 days window. When enquiring on 12th April, day later got another email giving a 7 to 14 day period 🤨

I bet no one has received any free ear buds.......it was a scam. Shame on Samsung Africa

I finally received my buds on Friday. Very happy after the long wait. 😃

just received mine. but the wrong ones 😔. and again nobody picks up the phone when you call them.
