I still havent received any feedback regarding the promotional offer for early upgrade. I received the Galaxy Buds Live....But I own a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, which promised the Galaxy Buds Pro. My Question is will Samsung replace it for me?? And if they do will they pick up and the Deliver the same day??? Please advice. Loyal Samsung Customer

Hi RayCeaser, kindly be advised that as of the 1st of April extension on the promotion for the Galaxy S22 the qualifying gift is the Galaxy Buds Live instead.
