Buds 2 Pro Promotion

I got the S23 and the watch 5 and I then entered the promotion for the Buds and got the confirmation and it's been more than 14 working days with no communication or with no idea when or if I am still going to receive them. Can anyone tell me , do they advise before they deliver?

I can rise my hand and say that I've never ever received a call or message of any kind stating when delivery will happen from Samsung. Still with them for over 10 years though haha! Sucker for pain...

I bypassed this by calling them and asking what courier company they used and what's the contract number. Thereafter, I made contact with the couriers and they advised when delivery will happen.

To note that they to did not deliver as they started, so I got fed up and went to pick it up myself. Time spent with this back and forth = 1 month.

You got to be kidding me. I'll have to do that then. I know the way Bill number just need the contact and courier company

I won't even lie, and if it's couier guy.... that's like a swear word. Those guys are terrible. Check their Hello Peter reviews if you looking for laughs... think I left one aswell haha.

Sometimes you gonna do it yourself if you want it done..

Have been waiting for a reply from them for two weeks now . All a scam to get you to buy samsung

They don't respond to emails. Customer service is really pathetic. But I received an SMS on Thursday morning saying they were on delivery and they were delivered that afternoon... so it's totally legit. Just have to be patient I guess 🤷

I have redeemed mine, but no feedback from Samsung, I have tried to reach out to them, but I did not get any fruitful response
