How to claim S25 Ultra Pre Order Voucher

Does anyone know how to claim the free R3000 voucher after purchasing S25 Ultra? Is there a link or page or something to go on?

Hi. Make sure to put your Sim in your s25 and start using it as normal as your primary phone. After a few days, it should appear in the "benefits" section. It should appear automatically once you start using your s25 device. Then you can claim it.

Hi Narsee. If you are referring to the 3000 voucher link, then yes, it's still available under benefits section.
If you are referring to the 1000 voucher, then no. That link to join closed prior to the event in January. But had you registered, the link to claim the voucher is still available.

Give it some time. It should come through. Otherwise try redoing the redemption? If it comes up with an error than your claim has been successfully submitted
