On previous models the voucher was given on the success email received when you claimed the tablet, however I never saw it this time on my claim either

The code was on the email with the successful claim

I also didnt get it. Could only redeem the tablet. Called them and they escalated my query. Waiting for feedback

I followed up and they said it was still pending and they'll call me. The consultant i spoke to said that he could see that i was supposed to get it. I'll follow up again on Monday

I enquired from a Samsung Representative, and they advised that it was only applicable if the device was purchased through Samsung store and not through any Networks

Sorry to hijack this, is there supposed to be an email confirming the tablet claim?
I only have the reference number from the claim form.
