Pre-order my Note 20 Ultra with Vodacom on August 8, received the device on August 20 and claimed the E-voucher here on the members app on August 21. Still no response from Samsung. 

What now?

Hi I also submitted via the app on Friday. I called Samsung contact center and was told those vouchers are discontinued. We need to wait for the banner to appear on Benefits then claim the UV sanitizer wireless charger which they are now giving us. You can log a call, via this app, if you need to verify. Hope this info is helpful.

i claimed on the over 5workings days. also called call center have reference number still nothing and still advertising

As you can see in the above screenshots, I never received a confirmation email or CIT number as per your terms and conditions, and when I tried to claim it again, I was met the error: invalid/data already registered.

I called the customer service number and I couldn't get any tangible help, I was just told that I will be placed on compilation list of all the complaints received from customers.

I'm struggling with the same problem after receiving my note 20 in the 28th and claimed my voucher in the app and received my emails on the 09 Sep 2020, 17:02 with tracking information but stil nothing else. Can someone please tell me what can be done to get the voucher please

Hi, I see you have resolved the issue and would also like to update... I finally did get my voucher late yesterday afternoon and managed to claim my gift a short while ago. But I think @Samsung needs to make sure they communicate with people as I spent 23mins on a call to the customer care on Monday only to be misinformed, hence my previous comment about the vouchers being discontinued. Thanks

I absolutely concur, @Samsung is a big brand with a huge customer base and increasing market share here in SA, and I believe we have every right to hold them to any promotional material they use to increase sales, it is unfortunate that we had to go through so much to claim what was promised, I mean the voucher made the device a better value for money. I just hope in future they follow their own terms and conditions and also communicate better.
