I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and submitted my claim for the Promotional Galaxy S6 Tablet with my invoice. My Claim was reviewed and was successful and I got mail on 20 Feb advising it would be delivered in 7-14 working days.
I have still not received delivery. Is there any way of following up or tracking my delivery with the courier company.
I have called the helpline in my approval mail numerous times and have not been able to reach anyone to assist me further.
